A dose is more than one pill so you need to take it throughout the day

I am a small person who eats plenty of vegetables but still sometimes struggles with constipation, I like to take fiber to ensure regularity. These supplements aren't my favorite. Psyllium Husk is supposed to the one of the best kinds of fiber but I find I need to take a lot of these pills for the same effect - a dose is 6-9 pills a day, spread out. Other brands I've been able to take 1 a day and that's enough but these I need 2-4.
The flavor is mild but noticeable, there is no aftertaste at all. The pills are capped in soft plastic and not too big so they're very easy to swallow. You get 500 in a bottle so definitely getting your money's worth.
