Die konzeptionelle Zielsetzung des Projektes war, einen Smallframe Racer mit leistungsstarkem aber dennoch alltagstauglichem Motor und einem der Motorleistung entsprechenden Fahrwerk zu bauen optisch und in Bezug auf sonstige Features und Ausstattungsdetails sollte die Vespa 50N eher schlicht gehalten sein.
