Die Grundweine fr diese Cuve stammen aus den Jahrgngen 2007, 2008 und 2009, die gemeinsam im gebrauchten Holzfass auf der Feinhefe ausgebaut wurden, bevor es 2011 fr die zweite Grung in die Flasche ging. 12 Jahre blieb die Cuve Courage dann auf der Hefe und wurde whrenddessen alle drei Monate in die Hand genommen, um die Hefe aufzurtteln.
