2023 Grauer Burgunder XKELLERMEISTERS NOTIZEN In manchen Jahrgngen koppeln wir einen ganz speziellen Grauburgunder aus dem Hauptcuve heraus. In einer luftigen Lage mit zum Teil vulkanischem Boden aus der Lage Bischoffinger Rosenkranz stammen die Trauben fr diesen Wein. Der Jahrgang 2023 war wieder ein frher und sehr heier Jahrgang mit einem frhen Erntezeitpunkt. Gleichzeitig wurde der Ertrag dabei stark dezimiert. Im Keller wurde die groe Menge als ganze Trauben schonend

DIY!!
