I ended up getting 2 of these monitor arms for the different desks in our office, and I am happy with both of them. The arms are super easy to assemble and adjust to the tension one desires. Just make sure to order the right mounting arm depending on the size of your monitor, and you will be fine. Nice quality and feel, and the aesthetics are great too.
