Blend: 40% Brazilian Mogiana Arabica, 40% Rwandan Arabica, 10% Javanese Robusta, 10% Vietnamese Robusta. Preparation and Usage: Cafetire 30g of coffee per 500ml of water, just off the boil 4minute brew time. Espresso 14g of coffee, 25 seconds extraction. V60 15g of coffee
