"Nuts to You" Leather Squirrel Pin Battle of the BulgeVintage 1940s fun novelty leather pin. Interesting tribute to the Battle of the Bulge in Belgium in December 1944. The Germans calls for the Americans to surrender, and General McAuliffe's reply was, "NUTS. " The top portion says "Nuts to You" with a dangling piece of a squirrel. There is some wear on the leather and it seems a bit fragile to wear. The pin on the back is a bit rusty. The pin is marked "Pat. Pend".

One of my favorite shoes ever! Been wearing these since the 90's. They have changed a few things since then but I'd say the overall quality is still great. They fit true to size and are very comfortable right out the box. These are one of the most versitile pairs of shoes you can own. They go with almost any outfit.
