This E&E book really helped with Fed. Courts! Incorporate the public v. private law models/SOP and federalist v. nationalist paradigms which my professor used in the course. This version doesn't have some of the newer cases (TransUnion v. Ramirez). The standing section could have more info but standing is one of the easiest doctrines in fed courts. The Habeas Corpus, particularly the Teague Doctrine and AEDPA, section is excellent. The only big thing this book does not include are universal injunctions and the scope of remedies (outside of standing, anti-injunction act, and section 1983).

It makes lasting memories for Christmas to watch them as they listen to you read it and then when you get to listen to them read it as they get older. It’s a timeless tradition. The book itself is brand new, the spine was in perfect shape and the book was never opened. It was super stiff and I didn’t want to open it so I didn’t get any pictures of the pages. But I did peak inside without cracking the spine and saw that the pics looked nice. For the price you can’t beat it.
