The world's most perfect dress pants

I have purchased several of these pairs of pants over the last few years at my job. I wear these pants every shift. They were great. Very comfortable and stretchy pant for a big man. The fabric is breathable but not sheer or feeling like it's going to rip. The button and clasp enclosure made the waist feel extra sturdy.
