Each set comes in a variety of sizes, the largest would be: 14", 12" and 10" and the other two adjust by an inch. We use 1 16" inch thick steel for a nice quality feel. Command strips are included for easy installation, but you can choose to use screws instead. Please note that the birds are only suitable for outdoor use if they are in the matte black finish.
