This thing is awesome. The pillow case is super soft too. You do need to let it unfold and air it out a bit, it’s present but not overwhelming but I think that applies to similar products. I use it when I lounge in bed. I have a king-size bed. I put it under my knees when I lay down and lay back, propped up a bit to watch movies. It’s perfect.

It holds its shape and ensures a good nights' sleep. One thing, the box it came in said "Feather and Down," which almost made me send it back unopened, thinking they sent the wrong item. The pillow comes shrink-wrapped into an unbelievably small size, so there's little chance of getting it back in the box once opened. It does puff up to full size in just a matter of a couple minutes. Great purchase.
