Drawn from older vine family owned parcels in the Grand Cru villages of Oiry, Cramant, and Chouilly, all atop predominately chalk soils, with some marl and clay. It is composed of 50% 2016 vintage and 25% each 2013 and 2014. It was initially fermented in stainless steel before spending six years on its lees and then disgorged with a dosage of 5 grams per liter.
