Henriet Bazin Arsene Extra Brut Champagne 2015This is a Grand Cru vintage Champagne 2015 that is drawn from three parcels in Verzenay and Verzy that are all grown atop chalky soils. It is a blend of 70% Pinot Noi and 30% Chardonnay that was aged on its gross lees for 9 months in enamel lined tanks before spending six years on its fine lees in bottle, before being disgorged with a dosage of 5 grams per liter.
