Hilding was a Swedish Japanese graphic and textile designer and was educated at the Art Academy in Tokyo as well as the Forum School of Graphics in Malm. Hilding's work is notable for its ability to connect both Eastern and Western artistic traditions. Her work can be found represented in galleries and museums throughout southern Sweden. Completely satisfied with these boots. True to size, well made, comfortable from the get-go; not break in needed. Waterproof- really. The Red Suede has withstood a nasty winter season & still looks great. Good traction. I like the ankle height which looks good with long, mid length pants & leggings.
