The elastic is a bit stiff and I doubt it will do any stretching but you can adjust the strap well enough. One of the little vents in the leather is missing. The lenses are removable and replaceable. It is a good rundown on the different INT disciplines and the bureaucratic organizations managing the different INT categories.
